A: We generally update new booking times 10 days before the new month. Please follow @omyo.color on Instagram for real-time updates!

A: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made past the 72 hours time-frame is considered a cancellation.

A: Unfortunately, only those who signed up for the appointment can be present at the session (Exceptions: parents/guardians). Previous clients at Omyo Color Studio are also able to join (send us a quick email to hello@omyocolor.com if you’d like to join).

A: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, because of the last minute notice, rescheduling request made past this time-frame is considered a cancellation.

A: Select your booking time as soon as the Calendly is updated. Dates will be available generally 10 days before the new month.

A: After holding our prices steady for three years, with only one small adjustment for our 3-client appointment in 2025, we made the decision to update our pricing across all appointments in 2026.
This wasn't a decision we made lightly. The change reflects a combination of factors: rising studio and maintenance costs, shifts in the market, and most importantly, the significant upgrades we've made to our programs over the past four years. What you're booking today is a much more developed and refined experience than what we offered when we first opened. We're proud that it took us this long to make a meaningful pricing update, and we remain committed to making sure every appointment reflects the value of what you receive.

A: Only one person should sign up for the team.

A: Absolutely! We replace the makeup section with longer draping time that includes best neutral (suit references) and tie colors.

A: We really prioritize in-person appointments because we use 200 fabrics to check the warm/cool & seasons & color palettes for each person with natural lighting. We’ll keep everyone updated if anything changes!

A: There is no designated building parking, so we highly recommend coming 15-20 minutes earlier to look for street parking or residential parking on S Manhattan Pl between 5th and 6th street.

A: You are more than welcome to film! We’ll just go over filming guidelines at the beginning of the session. Please tag @omyo.color when posting as we’d love to share the video with other clients.
